Our manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan & Chhattisgarh with in-house Natural Anodizing, Electro-Colouring, Wood & Die Colouring, Sand Blasting, Powder Coating & Fabrication is one of a kind and is state of the art. Aluminum Extrusion Press
We have a modern technology facility with a 5" & 6" extrusion presses. The press has a handling system, an ageing furnace with modern technology, and a higher extrusion capacity of 6000 tons p.a.
Extrusion Press 1 - 1000 UST (5" Container)
Extrusion Press 2 - 1100 UST (6" Container).
Extrusion Press 3 - 2100 UST (7" Container) is under process and will be operational in 2025.
Melting Furnace & Billet Casting
We have in house Foundry with modern melting furnaces with the latest HOT TOP casting technology with a capacity of 6000 tons p.a. to achieve highly refined close grained and oxide free logs for superior quality finish and uniform surfaces on the extruded profiles which results in achieving the close dimensional tolerance on even intricate sections, best anodizing finish and powder coating process as required for elegances.
Die Design & Tool Shop
Our associates have a fully automated Tool Room with the latest know-how and equipment. The dies are manufactured with the newest equipment such as CNC wire cut, EDM, Computerized Jig boring machines CNC milling, and various other CNC equipment and precision measuring instruments with CAD-CAM facilities. Aspicito also has its inbuilt design department and tool room maintenance department for manufacturing and servicing the dies and tools.
Natural Anodizing, Wood, Die & Electro Coloring
We have PLC controlled temperature and timer with 3 anodizing bath tanks and 1 electro-coloring tank for up to 25 microns coating along with wood & die colouring. Proper sealing process in controlled temperature with hot-dip rinse for better porosity closure and stain-free surface finish. Natural Anodizing 3600 tons p.a, Electro-colouring, Wood & Die colouring 1200 tons p.a.
Powder Coating
We also provides In-house powder coating facilities with high-class techniques. We have installed a capacity for powder coating of 3600 tons p.a. We use high-quality powders of RAL, JOTUN, etc. for a better finish and long sustainability.
Standard & Customized Packing
We ensures that material is properly packed and ready to deliver. The packing process goes through stretch wrapping machines and with the human touch as well to ensure the Packing of the desired material. The company has a larger warehouse to store packed material. We can give all types of customized packing as per the requirements of our valuable customers.
